Event Policy

At Grey Team, we are committed to hosting impactful events that support our mission and honor our nation’s military heroes. To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, vendors, and participants, we have established clear event policies regarding ticketing, vendor responsibilities, pledge donations, sales, and general conduct.

Please review our event policy carefully before attending or participating in any Grey Team event. Your cooperation helps us create a safe, organized, and mission-driven experience for everyone involved.

Event Policies

Legal Disclaimer

Attendance at Red White and Vogue is voluntary. Grey Team, its affiliates, sponsors, and event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the event.

Attendees acknowledge that participation in the event is at their own risk. Grey Team and its affiliates assume no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages sustained during the event.

Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grey Team, its sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their attendance or actions at the event.

All attendees agree to abide by venue rules and local, state, and federal laws.

Grey Team reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of event policies.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All event branding, logos, promotional materials, and content presented during the event are the exclusive property of Grey Team and its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized sale or reproduction of event merchandise is prohibited.

Speakers, performers, and presenters retain ownership of their intellectual property. Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of their content is strictly prohibited.

Pledge Donations, Sales, and Purchase Policy

  • By submitting a pledge donation, the donor agrees to fulfill the pledged amount in full by the agreed-upon deadline.
  • In cases where a recurring pledge is set up, the donor is responsible for ensuring timely payments per the terms outlined at the time of the pledge.
  • All items sold through Red, White & Vogue, including but not limited to event tickets, merchandise, and exclusive products, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Purchasers must ensure that all payment information provided is accurate and valid at the time of the transaction.
  • Customers and donors must complete all payments in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or donation.
  • Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in legal action or forfeiture of associated benefits, privileges, or items.
  • Exceptions to this policy will only be considered in rare cases of extenuating circumstances, subject to review and approval by Red, White & Vogue‘s leadership team.
  • Any disputes regarding transactions must be submitted in writing to info@greyteam.org within 7 days of the transaction.

Vendor Sales Responsibility Policy

  • Grey Team is not responsible for any transactions, sales, refunds, or disputes between vendors and customers.
  • Vendors are fully responsible for setting their own pricing, handling payments, and managing their sales.
  • Grey Team assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
  • Any disputes regarding products, pricing, or services must be resolved directly between the vendor and the customer.
  • Vendors are responsible for processing payments, providing receipts, and handling applicable sales tax.
  • Grey Team does not provide financial processing services or support for vendor sales.
  • Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding sales, including tax collection and business licensing.

 

Photography & Videography Policy

By attending Red White and Vogue, all attendees grant Grey Team permission to capture and use their likeness in photographs, video recordings, and promotional materials without compensation.

Attendees may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use only. Professional photography or videography requires prior written consent from Grey Team.

Media representatives must obtain press credentials and adhere to designated media guidelines.

Event Modifications & Cancellations

Grey Team reserves the right to modify event programming, schedule, and policies at its discretion.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, security threats, or public health concerns, Grey Team may reschedule or cancel the event without liability.
